All this is overlooked by the open planned kitchen area allowing all the family to be together, be it watching a good film while popping the popcorn in the kitchen or playing a game of cards at the table and keeping an eye on the lasagna. The kitchen comes compete with a full size oven, hob and gill plus a full size fridge freezer and plenty of cupboards and work surfaces, cooking here will be a delight. Ideally there are three bedrooms, the master which is a great space to get ready for a night out at our sister park just a short walk down the road plus there is an en-suite toilet. At the back of the Swift Family Retreat you will find a single room with plenty of floor space and storage, then right next door there is a further bedroom with a single bed that also doubles up as a bunkbed, room for your family or a friend or two, again you will find a good amount of storage. The family shower room has a large shower, wc and sink. Located at Suffolk Sands, which is located right on a sandy beach, away from the hustle and bustle of main town life, but still gives our owners the best of both worlds with nature walks and cycle paths, to a day on the golf course or excitement at the pier, with local busses to mainstream train lines for a trip out. There is plenty of local historical and architectural locations along with some great eateries from cream teas to a Bistro lunch with many local eateries allowing your 4 legged friend to accompany you.
