A Positive Influence linen/rayon blend short sleeved Jacket. The sizing is: UK 8P (USA 4P). The colour is a nice strong salmon shade. The style is a straight loose fit. It is not lined so it is probably a nice cool garment in the warm weather. It has lapels and a collar. The sleeves are short which again makes it a nice warm weather jacket. It is single breasted with a single button and button hole fastening on a high waisted seam that goes all the way round. The shoulder pads are well stuffed and are made of the same material as the garment, (see photos for this detail). The approx. measurements are: the bust is 34" (86.5cm), from arm pit to arm pit across the front it is 18.1/2" (47cm) or 37" (94cm) all round, across the back from shoulder to shoulder is 15" (38cm) & the length down the back from the neck to the hem is 33.1/2" (85cm). This is a simple but stylish jacket and can be work with trousers or skirts and blouses and other tops. It is suitable for casual, business, travel or other. It was a 2 piece suit but I cannot find the skirt anywhere but it still a nice garment on its own merits. The label says dry clean but it will do a na hkne delicate cycle. I have done that and ironed it on the wrong side. linen tends to have a slight creased look. I bought it in America during 2000 but never had occasion to wear it and I cannot see me wearing it now or in the future. The condition is very good. It can be collected, it can be posted (£3.19) or I can meet within a reasonable distance. I have other items for sale and would be happy to combine and do a deal.
