Very reluctant sale of a dreamy girl

I'm putting feelers out there if anyone would be interested in my mare. She is 15.1/2hh, 11year old, never been sick or sorry and is an absolute sweetheart to have around. Hacks alone and in company, the type of horse you can pick up and put down. She does have a lovely jump on her with a competent rider, schools nicely in all three paces. She is definitely more sport cob than kick along so absolutely no novices. She can spook hacking but nothing a kick and growl won't sort! Have done camps, pleasure rides, clinics etc... a dream to take out/load etc... great to clip, catch, farrier, dentist etc... can sell with childeric saddle, but the price will have to reflect this.

I'm really reluctant and on the fence, but if the right person comes along, I'd be more than happy to consider. Absolutely no loans etc...
