Pumpkin is a 7 year old chestnut mare. She will stand all day to be groomed and is mainly handled by kids. She is good to clip, shoe, load and is up to date with farrier, teeth, worming and vacs. Pumpkin has taught both my girls to ride but unfortunately my eldest has sadly outgrown her and my youngest just doesn’t have the love for riding anymore. Pumpkin is a true show pony and has always placed highly, she has even been to Stars twice. She has also done well in dressage. Pumpkin does like to jump and she has good scope but she is still learning in this respect so needs guidance and patience to bring her on. She has been on fun rides and to the beach. She loves to hack and will go in a group or on her own, she is happy to lead or follow. Pumpkin can be a very good lead rein pony but she is not quite a first ridden as she can be quite sharp especially in winter so would need more of a confident rider to bring out the best in her. She is still young and has so much to give. This is a very sad sale as she has been with us for the last 4 years and has given us everything. No rush to sell as I want to make sure she goes to the best possible home for her. Bridle and rugs included saddle negotiable.
