I am looking for grazing, ideally two to five acres, but anything considered.

We are a middle aged couple, adept at paddock/land maintenance, and willing and able to maintain boundaries.

Stable or shelter would be a plus, as would access to water, but not essential.

Excellent references can be provided from previous landowner.
