Completely dry throughout, no damp or soft spots.

We have had this on a season pitch for 3 years as not keen on towing.
Included in the price would be the tv, microwave, toaster, plates, cutlery, water butt, electric cables, gas bottle, motor mover and awning.
The caravan is currently situated in Filey.


Bad bits: There is a chip in front right external window from grass cutter throwing up a stone. It does not let water in, just haven't got around to fixing it.
Fridge needs a new element. Haven't bothered as prefer to have fridge in awning for more fridge space. Read more
