As New - used once while camped at Westport, Ireland with my previous camper van. Bought a new camper van this year and so selling on this awning as it has been sitting in storage doing nothing - as I already have purchased larger version for my new van. There is ZERO damage or parts missing from this awning and has been neatly stored back in its original storage bag. The fabric is as fresh as new and I am happy to remove all the parts as proof upon agreed sale - or upon collection.
