Avondale land ranger 6400eb 2006 it is Cris registered and has chip it’s 4 berth rear bedroom with island bed with full under storage, wardrobe and draws either side with large skylight and has door to close you off, toilet with wash basin one side and separate shower on the other with door to close off main living area, kitchen with full size cooker microwave full size fridge with small freezer compartment, large storage wardrobe type cupboard, lounge with facing seats that make another double bed, built in dvd player with screen, diesel night heater, blow air heating runs on gas and electric, solar panel with 2 leisure batteries, 1 of the batteries is brand new with 2 year warranty and the charger is brand new as well only fitted a few weeks ago, invertor for off grinding, safe, alarm, the usual ample storage cupboards, motor mover, alco wheel locks x2, 3/4 air awning with carpets, new sleeping pod for awning adding another 2 berths, brand new unused 5 section air wind break which will only go with it depending on final sale price, new unopened 4 piece dinner service new cutlery new Saucpans frying pan, new utensils tv, full bottle of gas, I resealed all the roof, roof vents, skylights, solar panel with sicaflex sealant not normal sealant, hitch anti-snake pads replaced new jockey wheel, 4 small camping chairs, 2 aqua rolls 1 waste hog, as seen in pic some damage to sky vent runner but it does still work and the kitchen ceiling light doesn’t work no power to it but there’s plenty of lighting so doesn’t affect anything, all you need is your clothes bedding toiletries and away you go, this is a cracking caravan and only selling as need funding for boat purchase, viewing is recommended and welcome please ask any questions as I’ve probably missed something and I have more pictures as can only put 24 on, I will answer messages as soon as possible the same if phoning or texting, advertised elsewhere so may end at anytime
