Wanted Sole Use Grazing for small herd Horses

I’ve run a successful Livery Yard in Stockport for the last 4 years and am now looking to rent several acres of land.
It would be for a small herd of youngsters and brood mares.
Preferably I’d like enough to be able to split it up for all year turn out.
Grazing and property would be well looked after. Fields will be tended properly to ensure correct production of fresh grass every year.
