Homcom Mini Trainer pedal exercise machine. Model A90-179SR in silver.
One of the plastic balance supports broke, and has been replaced with wood. It has also been adapted by adding elasticated heel bands to help keep feet on the pedals. These can easily be removed.
Both modifications can be seen in the first photo.
