9weeks old (ready to go at 12 weeks as per preloved guidelines) and bred in cages so not as flighty as aviary bred birds they are brothers and would be good together but can split ,birds are closed rung and were bred intentionally for pets but do breed exhibition birds so may grow to a slightly larger size than normal budgies.
