This is a very very sad sale. Tilly is a sweet girl and absolutely bombproof, excellent in all traffic, including tractors, motorbikes, lorries etc., nothing phases her.
Tilly originally comes from a riding school and was used for the Disabled Association (RDA), benefiting the lives of disabled children and adults.
Tilly is good for the farrier, loads and travels well, and is good to catch, she will come running to you when you shout her. She has very good manners when being fed, backing up when her food is being placed down for her, she can, like many horses be protective over her food if another horse is close by.
I have not done much schooling with her as at the farm we do not have the facilities, but she will lunge.
Tilly is up to date with worming, jabs, teeth and the farrier, she is pass-ported and microchipped. She will live in or out, currently lives out but has a shelter to go into, she is in her own field, but has a field mate that she can see and groom over the fence.
I have had Tilly for over a year and unfortunately I am selling due to her not wanting to hack out alone. (this is probably due to being a riding school pony) I do not have the time to work on this, and unfortunately I am unable to hack out with anyone on a regular basis. She will go out if someone is walking along side me but refuses to go out alone. On the occasions I have hacked out with other horses and riders, she is a dream, she enjoys being with the other horses, she has a good steady walk and as I have said nothing phases her at all.
This is an honest sale, I am truly gutted to be selling her, she is such a good girl, but will need time to trust someone new, once she trusts you she will follow you like a dog. She would be suitable for a petite adult or young person.
