Looking for an additional sharer for freckle as she needs more work than she is currently getting in order to keep her weight under control
Freckle is a 12.3/13hh Dartmoor hill pony mare. I would class freckle as more of a second pony type. She would suit a confident child with a ‘horsey parent’ or a small teenager/adult
I’ve owned freckle for 10 years and backed her myself so I know all of her history
She schools nicely and will hack alone or in company and is very safe but forward. She can be a little stubborn with a novice rider, but never silly. Freckle jumps well but requires holding together and placing well into the jump else she will run out, so she can be a bit difficult for a child who is only learning to jump
Freckle would suit someone looking for a happy hacker, something just to have fun in, or there is no reason she couldn’t go out to pony club or shows
Must stay at current yard in broadclyst near Exeter airport as she does have another sharer
Days can be negotiable but at the moment she is available on a Tuesday, Thursday and a Sunday morning. This can be flexible if she is required for shows/events on different days
