Oak table and 4 chair set. Used daily, selling due to needing a bigger table. Purchased 20 yrs ago but plenty of life left and well looked after from a non smoking home. We've had 8 round the table but legs are fixed so will only take one chair each side. Chairs recovered in a polycotton fabric by myself 3 years ago and protected with waterproof fabric spray. One chair does need attention as it is wobbling a little.
Table is sound with no dents or nasty scratches. Superficial damage as expected for age ie.small felt pen marks 1-2cm (should sand out) and a small triangle of veneer (1×1.5cm) missing from centre leaf, otherwise good. Regularly polished with beeswax.
Drop leaf in the centre is 45cm with leaf either side measuring 51cm. Giving extended length of 147cm or folded length of 102cm. Width is 86cm and table top depth is 3cm. Floor to table top is 77cm. Legs are slightly tapered with 7cm width at top and 4cm at foot.
Reluctant to sell but family and friends keep on visiting and expect to be fed and this is sadly not big enough now.
