I am putting the feelers out there to find an all rounder for part loan in Sandbach or the surrounding area.
I’m looking for something 15.2hh upwards and not fussed on breed. The horse I was recently loaning was a thoroughbred and he was an absolute gem, so I have no issues with thoroughbreds.
I like a horse with abit of go, providing they have good brakes. I had a pretty nasty fall in December which sadly knocked my confidence, so ideally I’m after something that is considered a confidence giver or just fairly sensible. I don’t mind a little buck here and there, but no rearing or known for being very spooky.
I enjoy hacking and schooling, people to ride with on occasion with would also be an added bonus!
I have been riding since I was a child and I’m now nearly 30, but did have break for a few years in my mid 20’s and been back riding for around 2 years.
I am happy and confident with yard jobs like turning out, mucking out, feeding, haynets etc and will pay a financial contribution.
I also drive and have access to my own car.
There is one small catch… I do sometimes work away, so as much as I am reliable when I’m home, there will be time’s where I will be away. However, I will always give advance notice of this.
I would also still pay for the days I don’t do whilst I’m away as I can appreciate that this is my problem.
This is the reason why sadly I can’t commit to buying a horse and why part loan works best for me.
I know what I’m looking for is like gold dust and I’m in absolutely no rush as I want us to be the right fit. I will give your horse nothing but love and treats as though they were my own.
