It was built to order as the buyer wanted to benefit from the extra space created by not having the toilet compartment, instead they used a Porta loo in the awning extension.

It really is a one off- it still has the factory fitted plastic covering the carpet from new. It has never had pets or been smoked in and looks a lot newer than a 2007.

You have the option of sleeping 2 singles or one huge king size bed. The annex on the side of the awning sleeps 2-4 more.
