THEODORE is just a lovely, good natured, tame, handsome, 9mths old piebald, FAMILY SHOW COB COLT with good bone looking for a kind home. Estimated to make 13-13.2hh. Surprising natural jumping ability. Both parents seen. Sire is a 13.2hh friendly, calm cob. Dam was part Welsh cob to give nice movements. Appears fit & healthy and is now all up to date with everything. Been through Isolation period - no sign of illness etc. Age checked by vet. Peaceful living in or out.
Microchipped & Passported. Vaccinated Flue & Tetanus - was good for jabs. Wormed & Deliced & was easy to do. Feet trimmed - good for farrier. Can pick all four feet. Owner although now struggling with age knew how to breed a good cob. Theodore has an exceptional nice temperament, so in due course likely be suitable for young, old & disabled. Once head collar was on tamed immediately. Next day he came for a scratch & let my girl pick all four feet. Day after was fine to be tied up & to have farrier do his four feet. No sedation needed. Was soon halter broke & OK to walk. Smart lad. Good to be sponged, brushed & have rug on. Little unsure with new people, but soon picks up & is learning new things each day. Never shown aggression to people. Not bit or kicked. Not been coltish. Never seen a wild cob tame so quickly!
If some one wants a good safe kids pony/cob he's worth the wait/worth raising.
Likely to make a lovely CHILD-DISABLED FRIENDLY KIDS' PONY or SMALL ALL-ROUNDER for the CHILD'S FIRST OR SECOND RIDDEN. Maybe for the RDA, a RIDING SCHOOL or as a nice RIDE & DRIVE. When old might like to use his jumping ability for CROSS COUNTRY.
