Merlin is a 14.2, ‘appaloosa’ just with limited spots unfortunately. I’m putting the feelers out for a part loan 2 days a week but flexible around my work schedule. This decision is due to me not having time to keep him fit as possible alongside my other horse, work and college. He is more of a happy hacker so would benefit from someone who enjoys hacking as we also don’t have an arena. we have fantastic hacking, with pretty much direct access to the greenway and a country park, with either no or minimal roads. He is definitely a character, due to this he requires a confident handler, but once you don’t let him take the mic he’s very well behaved and chilled. And although he enjoys his hacking, he’s not for novice as he can be rather strong, quick and can be known to buck in canter, but this does reduce with work. Also please note he is a head shaker but this doesn’t affect him. He lives out the majority of the time, so minimal jobs required, but a financial contribution required.
