Looking for a pair of white/Black Cockatiels Breeding pair

Hi
I live in Cumbria/ Lake District and I'm looking for a pair of white/Black Cockatiels.
Must be used to been in a aviary, And no more than 2 years old
Willing to travel, 300 miles and a average cost of £200.00 for the pair of birds.
Can be silver faced , But just need the main to colours white ?? and Black ??
