The pitch comes with mains gas, and has parking nearby but no passing traffic outside. The park runs a 10.5 month season, and has no age policy for the caravans so you can keep it on site for as long as you want.
It’s priced at just £19,995 which includes the owner transfer fee and new gas & electric safety certificates. The buyer will also need to pay site fees for the remainder of the season. The same model from the park would be at least £5,000 more so this is realistically priced for a quick sale.
