Mission MX3 incorporates the same core design aspects as the other MX speakers, namely Paramid coned bass midrange driver with Kapton voice coil, 25mm silk dome tweeter with in-grille wave guide mated to an audiophile component crossover which is bi-wirable. Reflex loaded this speaker would make excellent stereo music speakers, or perfect left and right channels in a home cinema setup. Rigid, braced cabinets help eliminate colouration of the sound, whilst the inverted driver layout brings better sound dispersion and more stable stereo images. A formidable and hugely entertaining speaker at the price, and makes a great starting point for stereo music or multichannel cinema systems alike.
