Rosie is an incredibly fun, loving, affectionate mare with a workman like attitude, and a good head on her shoulders. She is forward going and incredibly willing to please. Perfect Pony Club/Riding Club eventer type.
She’s confidently jumping 80cm courses, I have jumped her over 1.10m at home. She has been xc schooling and proved to be a machine! Been to a variety of clinics and shows, always sensible in warm ups. She will school beautifully on the flat and will produce a lovely dressage test, very flicky toes! 3 correct paces, lovely clean transitions. She has previously hunted and loves this job - I can imagine she would be a cracking team chaser but this isn’t what I want to do. Hacking she is incredibly safe, hacks alone and in company, never silly in open spaces.
Rosie is a forward horse that wants to get on with her job so isn’t suitable for novices, she wants to be a competition horse.
Rosie prefers to live out 24/7, however come winter is ok to be stabled at night and has been previously.
Good with farrier, clipping, vet etc. Up to date on vaccinations and worming. No vices and never bucked/reared/kicked. Does prefer to travel in a 3.5 lorry or bigger.
Can need putting in her place on the ground, so please no first time horse owners.
5* home is a must - price negotiable to perfect home. Very sad sale and only due to owner taking break from horses due to work.
No loans/trials/LWVTBs. Tack can be included at cost.
