Upright piano + stool FOC

A dark wood upright piano to give away FOC.
Has always been kept in the lounge at a constant temp. and been regularly tuned.

Recently played by a highly competent pianist, who was happy to declare that all features were functioning well.

Includes the stool, which can hold music. It's seating cover is in a good state of repair and was embroidered by a family member.
