Paddock wanted sole use for ponies

Before I give up completely and sell my prides n joy one last attempt to find a sole use paddock, field, land garden whatever to rent to keep them n graze. Really sont care what it is at this point 5 years of searching for a hens tooth would be easier.
All i ask is fences are good there is water and some sort shelter provided.. somewhere to store feed etc would be a bonus. I'm happy to take anything on even if needs some work.
