Hi. I am listing our festival catering equipment, which we used for two festivals and then kept in storage:
x 4 Olympus chafing dishes (with stands, bain-maries with 4 large trays, 2 smaller trays and lids)
x6 Balti dishes (which we used for pickles and condiments)
x4 Small bowls (condiments)
x12 serving spoons (7 long handles and 5 shorter handled)
x2 Pairs of tongs
x 14 fuel holders
x3 Metal spatulas (unused)
x3 Mashers (unused)
x 2 Potato peelers (unused)
On inspection we did notice some small rust spots on a a couple of the stands and trays and three of the lids. We also noticed a dent in the corner of two of the bain-marie water sections. We had not noticed these when we used them and you cannot see them when the trays are put in. Please have a look at the photos.
We also have the gel fuels that go into the holders. A number are unused, some are half used. and others have enough to last 20-30 minutes. We are including these free with the set up as they are too random to charge for and you may need to get more.
Not really for high end catering if I am honest. This set up would suit someone holding an informal event/festival . It looks amazing when set up and you will be getting everything you need to get going straight away.
We have run them through an industrial dish washer but you may like to give them a rinse to get rid of any water spots.
I will throw in the 150L container in which we stored the chafing dishes as well as the box for the fuel containers, gels and serving spoons etc.
