Advert Description

From the 2003 S.T. Dupont Andalusia series, this beautiful limited-edition fountain pen is one of 2,500 made. As shown, the pen comes with its case and paperwork and is being auctioned in brand new condition.

Inspired by the magnificent mosaics exclusive to Andalusia. Taking inspiration from his artwork, S.T. Dupont designed a limited-edition collection combining platinum, Chinese lacquer and turquoise.

The square motifs that decorate these precious items feature geometric-style interlocking work intertwined with a rich cameo of blues, using three different colours of Chinese lacquer and inlaid turquoise. These pieces are then presented in a beautiful blue "Andalusia" non-embossed box with Moorish motifs and shiny silver trim.

S.T. Dupont demonstrates a true dedication to craftsmanship and quality by transforming fine writing instruments and lighters into works of art and family heirlooms. Founded more than 140 years ago, S.T. Dupont has a rich history associated with royal families and aristocracy. But having a strong connection to the past does not mean that the brand is adhering to a tried-and-true strategy. In fact, it is a dedication to innovation that has allowed them to be one of the leading luxury manufacturers for almost a century and a half.

Thanks to the organic development of its product line, S.T. Dupont officially specializes in four areas (lighters, pens, leather goods and accessories) and has labelled these products, respectively, "The art of fire", "The art of writing" , "The art of travel" and "The art of seduction".
