We would like to swap our Swift Surf Shack, 2 Bedroom Static Caravan (2016) on Haven Littlesea, Weymouth, Dorset for a static caravan in Cornwall as I have family there.
As you may know selling your caravan back to the caravan site and buying in a new site is expensive. So we would like to swap. We think this is a practical solution.
If you would like holidays on Haven Holiday Park here it would be the best solution for you. The facilities here are really good. Three swimming pools, climbing wall, bouncy things, club, bar, entertainment, amusements and a fantastic owners' lounge. A great place for children and adults.
The caravan has an excellent location. The view of the Fleet and Chesil Bank is great and the swans! It is near all the facilities, the shop and the take aways so not far to go on your way back from a night out.
Weymouth is under half an hour away by bus which costs £2 each way so no need to bother with the car and it takes you right to the beach.
The caravan includes a lock box outside to keep your chairs and other outside things etc. The tumble dryer we keep in there is optional but it works from an extension lead through the window. There is a laundrette on site.
We'd leave it fully kitted out with the rental kit if you are interested. We were at the point of signing on with Sykes Cottages. It is beyond the age of being let by Haven (but they take a lot anyway). So if you want to let it, it is pretty much organised to be let. I just decided I'd like to be near my family!
