'JAPELLE' Jane Shilton Smart Black Faux Leather Vintage Clut

A lovely vintage handbag that I discovered amongst my mum's belongings and which can be used either as a shoulder or clutch bag and still has its original chain. 1980' I think?
Clasp fastening, the sides and top of back panel is edged with a gold coloured metal frame whilst the front frame is concealed. The metal frame is hinged at the two bottom ends to allow full opening which reveals two inner compartments separated by black zipped pocket. Additional inner zipped pocket to back compartment. Inner material lining is Polyester type material in black and embossed with the 'Shilton International' motif. Gold coloured metal chain shoulder strap is fixed internally to two back frame and can be fully concealed when used as a clutch handbag.
Shoulder chain length in total is approximately 940 cm.
